In Motion, a free class series led by instructors Sarah Levitt Ramey and Chloe Napoletano, uses movement and dance to develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and creativity in adults over 50. Each class begins with a seated warm-up, and includes set movement sequences, improvisation, and choreography exercises. Classes are one hour long and are followed by snacks and conversation. In Motion is open to any experience level and physical ability—wheels and walkers welcome!
