Sarah teaches Dance Fitness Circuit at Ballet Met on Saturdays from 9:30-11:30am beginning January 9.
Course description: Dance Fitness Circuit builds stamina, strength, and creativity through a variety of dance and movement exercises designed for all ages and abilities. Each class will be divided into 30 minute sections, giving participants a chance to develop physical and creative skills, condition the body, and sample various styles of dance.
The class is broken up into four 30 minute sections: cardio/strengthening; high energy dance sequence; wildcard (improv, jazz, contemporary, partnering, composition: different style each week); stretch/relaxation.
